We will arrange an appointment for one of our experienced surveyors to meet at the project site. The purpose of this initial meeting will be to carry out a brief survey of the site, discuss the project and make appropriate recommendations. We will offer suggestions and ideas for the layout to be constructed and provide information to enable you to fully understand the benefits your living space will provide. We will send you a budget estimate within after site visit.
We will help you to design your home, garden, furniture, kitchen or staircase. We will speak with you through the drawings in detail to achieve your requirements, floor and wall finishes, plumbing, electrical and any specialist works that may need to be undertaken to complete the works.
If your project requires to get the planning permission. We are able to help you to submit all information and deal with Local Planning Authority and Building Control.
Our target is to achieve client’s requirements under the estimated budget and deliver the smooth project on time. Monno Developments provides the full project management from Design to Build stage. Every aspect of your project will be continually monitored by the project manager to ensure that it complies with the highest standards of the construction and achieves to the requirements of the Building Regulations and the appropriate British Standards.
